This document defines the safety standards adopted by Michele Nicola Corfini (hereinafter the "Owner") for the Emotions App, to ensure a safe environment for minors and to prevent, detect, and remove any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
1. Zero Tolerance Policy Against CSAE/CSAM
The Emotions App adopts an absolute zero tolerance policy toward any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates sexual exploitation or abuse of minors. Any violation will result in:
- Immediate and permanent removal of content from platform.
- Permanent and irreversible ban of involved user's account.
- Mandatory reporting to national and international law enforcement authorities (including active collaboration with NCMEC).
2. AI Moderation and Automatic Protection Systems
Technical management provided by REXOLCOM Srl includes a state-of-the-art multi-level moderation system:
Preventive AI Moderation (MUX AI)
Every video uploaded is scanned in real-time via MUX AI APIs to automatically identify nudity, inappropriate content, or visual risk situations before it is actually published.
Contextual Analysis (OpenAI)
We utilize integration with OpenAI models to analyze text, hashtags, and metadata associated with videos, detecting coded language or textual references linked to abuse.
Encrypted Channels
All data flows to moderation systems occur exclusively over encrypted channels, ensuring maximum security and integrity of information during the analysis process.
3. In-App Reporting Mechanism
We provide users with simple and immediate tools to report potential violations:
- Report Button: Visibly available on every single video for instant submission.
4. Back-office Management and Human Intervention
The automated system is supported by an internal moderation team coordinated by the Owner:
- Review Dashboard: All reports and AI-generated flags are directed to a dedicated back-office managed by specially trained personnel.
- Rapid Intervention: Moderators intervene promptly to confirm violations, permanently remove content, and provide necessary logs for law enforcement investigations.
- Traceability: Every moderation action is logged internally to ensure transparency and compliance with store security requirements.
